Retainer
PAckages.
Our basic retainer fulfills the bulk of your recurring communication and marketing needs: newsletters, managing inventory, providing website maintenance, and social media platform management:
Monthly Email
- Setting up the email newsletter platform for Monthly emails (to be sent via Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or SquareUp)
- Drafting up copy, design & products/asks for monthly emails
- Sending out the monthly newsletters (only once approved)
- Converting applicable email blogs featured the website.
Social Media
- Designing graphics & Providing copy for 3-5 Published Post a Week via Facebook and Instagram
- Posting Youtube videos (once received from the organization or from Facebook Lives)
- Managing Monthly Content Calendar
Website
- Website Maintenance (fixing broken pages, links, etc)
- Baseline service for SEO (search engine optimization)
- Uploading new information to the website, we up to date accurate information
- Updating the front page, pictures, features and gallery to keep the customers updated.
Reporting
- Monthly Report: includes information on website traffic, social media engagement, email campaign performance, and overall progress toward achieving the organization's goals and objectives. Specific metrics that may be included in the report include website visitors, page views, bounce rate, conversion rate, email open and click-through rates, social media followers, likes, shares, and engagement, as well as progress towards fundraising and volunteer goals. Additionally, the report includes any insights or recommendations for future campaigns and any areas where performance could be improved.
- Annual Report: Overview and look at the year. Everything that was accomplished. Similar to an impact report but more for internal use and sharing with staff and board.

- Fundraising Event Coordination & Hosting: Providing event coordination on setting up/breaking down decor, venue selection, RSVP management, communication leading up to event, and all event logistics. We are willing to host the event itself as the Emcee.
- Expanding Partners: Building bridges with churches, networks and foundations in your proximity who are already like-minded and to help us get to your annual fundraising goal.
- Grant Writing: That’s right, it is included - let's talk more about this! I want to hear where you have had success in the past in this area and what is in reach right now.
- Partner Spotlight: Creating short form videos that "spotlight" different key partnerships, share the benefits of being a volunteer, and summarize our partnership with them. This content will be shared via social media, the website, and partner organizations pages.
